We opened CrossFit Lake Oswego or "C-Flo" on March 15th, 2010. Holding classes Monday - Saturday, closed Sunday only. We have an always growing community of hard working, inspirational athletes, ages ranging from 10 - 65 years. Come meet our C-Flo family, and try out a class.
